This gîte is set in a peaceful location on the banks of the river La Smagne, on the site of an old watermill.
Just 30 minutes from many tourist and cultural centres, and 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou theme park, this estate will enchant you with its nature, peace and greenery.

This large gîte comprises an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen for 20 people, a toilet and a large living room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot, 1 bedroom with 1 double mit and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and 1 shower room.
You can access a 2ᵉ gîte for 5 people upstairs, which allows you to sleep 15 in the same building. We also have 2 independent bedrooms that can accommodate 5 people.
A shared swimming pool, heated from May-June to September, is waiting for you to spend some relaxing moments.
There are picnic tables in the poplar grove and a children's play area.
