Gîte with light blue shutters, classified ***, situated on the banks of the river "La Vendée", ideally able to accommodate 2/4 people (but possibly 5). A fisherman's paradise where you can watch over your cork from the shady terrace (arbour, Virginia creeper).
On-site fishing: 2 pontoons and 24 m of shared bank.
Our rental... The one with the "light blue shutters", partially separated by a screen from the neighbouring rental, to preserve everyone's privacy.
From the gîte, access to the fishing pontoon opposite the rental, 12 m of bank secured by flat access. Private boules pitch.
Preferential rate for single couples for all periods. Private car park on site

Available: rowing boat (with life jackets - electric motor loan only for experts), 4 adult bicycles, 2 children's bicycles (7/9 years), wifi, telephone (free landline and mobile phone), fireplace (wood provided), utilities (water, electricity, heating, gas) - no tourist tax (local exemption).

Short breaks available: from November to March, all inclusive, with linen (minimum 3 nights, cooking facilities available). Linen offered for a period of 2 weeks.
Holiday vouchers accepted. Small pets only (their stay is free).

For a peaceful holiday, in an enchanting setting of greenery and calm, come and recharge your batteries in this warm and friendly place, equipped with every comfort (barbecue, plancha, deckchairs with mattresses, high relaxer, garden furniture...), 700 m² enclosed park, private and planted with trees, not on the river (for children's safety), possibility of an inflatable paddling pool for the little ones (but to be provided).

Outbuildings: two private, enclosed outbuildings for bikes, motorbikes, wood, fishing equipment, etc. Trailer parking if required.
Advice and loan of fishing equipment on request. Baby equipment and linen can be hired if not provided.

Rentals from Sunday to Sunday from March to October.
