Michel Brosselin nature reserve located in Saint Denis du Payré with an observatory equipped with telescopes, managed by the LPO and the ONCFS.

Description

About 120 species of birds are recorded each year in the Nature Reserve: White Stilt, Redhorse, Reed Harrier, Black-tailed Godwit, Pintail, Spoonbill, Ruffed Lapwing, Teal, Piping Duck, Greylag Goose, White Stork...
After having taken a 400 m long walk on stilts (allowing access to the site in all seasons, without any particular equipment) you arrive at the sheltered observatory, equipped with 18 telescopes and seats where naturalist guides are permanently present. Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Dogs are not allowed.
