Description

Greg, a key figure in local oyster farming, produces tasty oysters. But that's not all! He's also a peneiculturist, meaning he also produces prawns in the same tanks as his oysters, where they live in symbiosis.
Charismatic and passionate, Greg is happy to talk about his work.
His hut, nestling on the edge of the oyster beds, is much more than just a tasting room. Greg welcomes you to discover the unique flavours of his produce.

On-site sales of cockles, prawns, lobsters, oysters, mussels and crabs.

Ideally located on the Vélodyssée / Vendée cycle route and on the Route de l'Ouitre.

Greg's oyster shack is a must for seafood lovers. In season, come and enjoy plates of oysters, whelks and prawns, not forgetting prawns or mussels a la plancha.

And if it's late in the day, the vending machine in the harbour will be on hand to satisfy your sudden craving for oysters.
