Description
This church is dedicated to Saint-Maixent who with his healing reputation attracted pilgrims. it was built in the 14th century where the chapel of a Benedictan monastery was, close to the old town of Jard, old fisher's village.
Since April 3rd 1984, the Church is classed as a historical monument.
