Farm sales, Les Pâtes de Lison

Farmhouse pasta made with durum wheat, grown on site and marked Parc Naturel Régional

Description

We are Lison and Gildas, cereal growers in the south of the Vendée at Puyravault. Gildas produces durum wheat, soft wheat, maize and sunflowers using sustainable farming methods.
Part of our durum wheat is used to make farm dried pasta. The pasta contains only durum wheat flour and water. It is dried at low temperature in the drier for 19 hours, unlike industrial pasta, which is dried at high temperature for a much shorter time.
We produce torsades, penne and coquillettes.
We offer pasta flavoured with natural flavours: garlic, tomato, spinach, curry, turmeric, etc.

Our pasta has been awarded the Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin label.
We are the first pasta producers in France to be awarded a Regional Nature Park label.

Our farm shop is open every Friday evening from 5pm to 7pm.
We also sell products from other producers (honey, beer, mogettes, etc.).
