A traditional kombucha micro-brewery nestling in the heart of the Rosnay vineyards, Morgan & Emily offer an alternative drink to alcohol that fizzes, refreshes and nourishes the body through the natural fermentation of a mother's sweet tea.
What makes them special is that many of the flavouring ingredients come from their own organic permaculture garden, just 20 metres from the brewery!
Original and discoverable, kombucha is an ideal non-alcoholic drink that combines pleasure and health.
Don't hesitate to go there - it's a magnificently relaxing place in the middle of nature, and the tasting is free!
