The tour is conducted by Alain Cadichon himself, who will skilfully explain, in detail and with great enthusiasm, his work as an oyster farmer. Every stage of the process (breeding, washing, sorting, etc.) is illustrated with a concrete example. You finish with a congenial tasting session of oysters and white wine, and the chance to bombard Alain Cadichon with even more questions about this fascinating trade.
