8.30pm: Django Black Band (gypsy jazz/swing)
From Django REINHARDT to Wes MONTGOMERY, not forgetting Henri SALVADOR, this trio shakes things up by playing 'Jazz-Swing-Manouche' with different influences, mixing tradition and modernity.
This subtle blend of French-style jazz, bossa and American jazz standards delivers an intoxicating, colourful swing with elegance and finesse. Swing, bolero, waltzes, Latin rhythms... all the rhythms of the style are covered.
A quartet (guitars/violin/double bass) for lovers of string swing!
