Set to a powerful bass-and-drums groove, the melodies of the accordion or distorted guitar intertwine with the whimsical sounds of the wind instruments. Realistic and hard-hitting lyrics, in which the singer sets out to portray the contradictions and folly of a preoccupied society.
Drawing from different musical worlds – ranging from chanson à texte to Balkan music, musette and rock – the musicians have created a surprising and explosive fusion.
Their live performances always exude a powerful, infectious energy, at once deeply festive and elegantly laid-back.
