Completely renovated, Villa Victoria elegantly blends the charm of the 1970s with contemporary comfort. The fittings are all brand new and the décor subtly combines a vintage feel with modern design.

From the large balcony, you’ll enjoy an exceptional view of the national forest, the estuary, the fishing boats and pleasure craft, and, on a clear day, as far as the bridge to the Île de Ré.

Whether you’re looking for peace and quiet, wide open spaces, beaches, cycle rides or simply some relaxation by the pool or in the hot tub, Villa Victoria is the ideal place to create wonderful memories.

Travel light!
Linen (bed linen, towels and tea towels) is provided, and the beds are made up on your arrival.

All you have to do is enjoy your holiday!

End-of-stay cleaning is included. We simply ask our guests to leave the house in a reasonably tidy state (clean crockery, rubbish taken out, fridges emptied, etc.).

Practical information

• Check-in between 4 pm and 7 pm with a personalised welcome from Pauline
• Check-out between 8 am and 11 am
• School holidays: The villa is rented for a minimum of 7 nights
• Long weekends including a public holiday: the villa is rented for the entire weekend
• A security deposit via credit card authorisation (€3,000) is required at the time of booking (no funds will be withdrawn and there will be no impact on the traveller’s bank account) unless damage is found upon departure.
• The property is entirely non-smoking, including around the swimming pool, the hot tub and on the artificial grass
• Pets are not permitted
• Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited

Important: Villa Victoria is reserved exclusively for families and groups of friends who respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. The villa is situated in a quiet area, with other homes nearby.
