A small-scale craft brewery specialising in traditional kombucha, nestled amongst the vineyards of Rosnay, where Morgan & Emily offer an alcohol-free alternative that fizzes, refreshes and nourishes the body through the natural fermentation of a kombucha culture fed on sweetened tea.
What sets them apart is that a large proportion of their flavouring ingredients come from their own organic permaculture garden, just 20 metres from the brewery!
Originality and a unique experience guaranteed – kombucha is the ideal non-alcoholic drink, combining pleasure with health.
Don’t hesitate to pop in – their setting in the heart of nature is wonderfully relaxing, and the tasting is free!
