Description
On her organic micro-farm, Eva grows aromatic and medicinal plants, as well as a vegetable garden. She harvests the plants by hand, then distils them in a still to obtain hydrolats, create floral waters and formulate natural cosmetics. She also makes traditional syrups from plants such as black elder, rosemary and mint.
Eva will be delighted to take you on a tour of her gardens, where you can learn more about her crops and her work, see her still and taste her syrups.
