Pasta maker, Grain d’épi

Producers of pasta from their own durum wheat grown around the Baie de l'Aiguillon.

Description

Grain d'épi is the story of two cereal growers from the Bay of Aiguillon, Florian and Matthieu.

They set up a joint workshop to make better use of their durum wheat, grown using sustainable farming methods. They transform it into homemade pasta in a variety of original shapes:
- coquillettes
- penne,
- risoni,
- linguine,
- radiatori,
- conchiglie,
- tractor cob,
- vendéen heart.

And when it comes to recipes, there's a whole range of flavours to choose from: curry, garlic, squid ink, tomato...

Available in a variety of pack sizes, as well as in bulk, their pasta is sold on the local market or at the farm.
