The mornings are spent out at sea, so don't hesitate to contact Guillaume or come to the shack in the afternoons. But beware, the tides are the only ones who decide the schedule.
Guillaume regularly takes part in local tastings, notably in summer at La Paloma bar in La Faute-sur-Mer.
