Ideally situated in the heart of the town of L’Aiguillon-la-Presqu’île. A magnificent 140 m² villa, classified as a 4-star holiday rental in January 2023. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 8–10 people.
Privacy is guaranteed on the terrace thanks to the walled patio, which is completely secluded. Just a 5-minute cycle ride from the beaches of La Faute-sur-Mer.
All local shops are just a stone’s throw away (bakery, market, Super U, etc.), whilst activities, bars and restaurants are accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the numerous cycle paths.
Spacious yet cosy in its layout, you’ll appreciate:
A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), featuring an en-suite washbasin and shower.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, also equipped with an en-suite shower.
A family bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds.

The lounge and library doubles as a lovely bedroom with a high-quality, extremely comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two.
Top-of-the-range facilities throughout the house (fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer + a second fridge in the utility room, coffee maker + Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle). Everything you need is here!
The terrace is furnished with a garden table and chairs for 10 people, a parasol and a plancha.
Private car park with an electric gate and free parking spaces available in front of the house.
