RADE D’AMOUR LOOK OUT
Follow the discovery route of the Rade d'Amour to explore the oyster farming and the eco system of the place.
Description
At the point of Arçay, the discovery trail of the Rade d'Amour takes you across the oyster parcs, between sea and river, to discover the activity that made the reputation of this area. From the observation deck, admire the swamp birds flying, fishing boats passing by on the estuary of the Lay or even the pine forest.
Every summer, free guided visits are offered by the town of La Faute-sur-Mer.
Registrations need to be done before hand at the Sud Vendée Littoral tourist office.
The number of places are limited.
