An exhibition exploring the first photographic technique, invented 200 years ago
Description
To mark the bicentenary of the invention of photography, this exhibition showcases one of the earliest photographic techniques to be developed: pinhole photography.
Discover this process through original photographs by the artist Eddy Rivière, taken using portable pinhole cameras. His black-and-white works offer a unique perspective on various landscapes in the region.
The exhibition also features *Les Quatre Saisons* (The Four Seasons), a project in which Eddy Rivière transformed the upper floor of a mill into a giant camera. Using the pinhole principle, he took one photograph there each season, subtly revealing the changing landscape.
