Completely renovated, Villa Victoria elegantly blends the charm of the 1970s with contemporary comfort. The fittings are all brand new and the décor subtly combines a vintage feel with modern design.

From the large balcony, you’ll enjoy an exceptional view of the national forest, the estuary, the fishing boats and pleasure craft, and, on a clear day, as far as the Île de Ré bridge.

An ideal location between the ocean, nature and new discoveries: Situated on the famous Côte de Lumière, renowned for its exceptional sunshine, Villa Victoria enjoys a privileged location between the Atlantic Ocean, the marshes, the pine forest and the Baie de l’Aiguillon Nature Reserve.

Right on the doorstep runs La Vélodyssée, one of France’s most beautiful cycle routes, providing easy access to the beaches, harbours and surrounding villages.

End-of-stay cleaning is included. We simply ask our guests to leave the house in a reasonably tidy state (put furniture and items back in their places, place bed linen and household linen in the bags provided, empty the fridges and freezers, empty the dishwasher and put the crockery away, degrease the hob and the griddle, and sort and take out all the rubbish).

• Weekend stays: check-in on Friday from 5 pm and check-out on Sunday by 5 pm
• A bank authorisation is required (€1,500) (no funds will be withdrawn and there will be no impact on the traveller’s bank account) unless damage is found upon departure.
• The property is entirely non-smoking, including around the swimming pool and on the artificial grass
• Pets not permitted
• Parties and gatherings strictly prohibited

Please provide a full list of guests (surname, first name and age) for the stay at the time of booking.
Please provide proof of holiday insurance (covering the stay), to be sent by email no later than 7 days before your arrival.

Important: Villa Victoria is reserved exclusively for families and groups of friends who respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, with other homes nearby.
