Decked out in its winter colours, the L'aubraie restaurant welcomes you this winter to a mountain atmosphere in the heart of a chalet, as if you were there.


On the banks of the Lay, in a rural setting, Anne and her team offer a cuisine based on local produce and regional dishes: eels with parsley sauce (by reservation), hiker's board with prefou or products from the Basque Country, charcuterie and local cheese from St Florent des Bois, melon-based dishes, ham and mogettes, Vendée wines and beers.

This winter, a mountain chalet atmosphere takes over, with surprise evenings and karaoke at weekends. On the menu: fondue, tartiflette and mountain dishes. Places are limited, so remember to book your table at the chalet des bons vivants.
