Description

Alison, a pastry chef and baker, has a treat for every season, and everything is homemade using as many local products as possible. Our taste buds love their chocolate éclair, voted 2nd best éclair in the Vendée in 2023.

Let yourself be surprised by typical products such as Préfou, brioche and gâche (3rd best gâche in the Vendée in 2025), by pastries as original as they are appetising, and by their special breads. Gluten-free pastries are also available.

You can also find their delicacies at the Luçon market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
