The gîte sleeps a MAXIMUM of 12 people and comprises 2 ground-floor sections:

The main part consists of :

- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher with washing-up liquid available, oven, microwave, senseo coffee machine, xxl fridge...), a dining room and a living room with TV and wifi.
- 2 bathrooms with showers, washbasins, towel rails and hairdryers.
- 2 toilets
- 4 bedrooms: CH1 , CH2, CH3 , CH4 <2 lits de 80x200>

Linen room with washing machine, laundry detergent, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Sheets, towels and bath mats provided for the number of people registered in the gîte.
Beds not made.

The annex: (adjoining building separated from the main part by the terrace) which consists of:
- A bathroom equipped with shower, double washbasin, towel dryer and toilet.
- Two bedrooms: CH5 <2 beds 80x200 + a television, CH6 <2 beds 80x200 + a television, CH7 <2 beds 80x200 + a television. <1 lit de 160x200>

PLEASE NOTE:
- Cot and high chair available on request.
- All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe space, shelves and/or chests of drawers.
- Fibre-optic Wifi in the main area.
- Pets are not allowed in the gite.

Outside:
There are two terraces, one of which is wooden and surrounds the entire swimming pool area.
Tables and chairs for 12 people for meals.

Heated swimming pool open from May to September. Chilean chairs for relaxing!

There is also a private petanque area within the gite!
