Pasta maker, Grain d’épi

Producers of pasta from their own durum wheat grown around the Baie de l'Aiguillon.

Description

Grain d’épi is the result of a collaboration between two wheat farmers from the Baie de l’Aiguillon, Florian and Matthieu.

They have set up a joint workshop to make the most of their durum wheat, grown using sustainable farming methods. They transform it into artisanal pasta, made ‘in-house’, in a range of original shapes:
- coquillettes,
- penne,
- risoni,
- linguine,
- radiatori,
- conchiglie,
- tractor-shaped pasta,
- Vendée hearts.

As for flavours, there’s also a variety to choose from: curry, garlic, squid ink, tomato…

Available in various pack sizes, as well as loose, their pasta is sold through short supply chains or directly at the farm

Direct sales every month from 4pm to 7pm:
- 1st and 3rd Fridays in L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île
