Concert Chant’Appart

For the third year running, the Théâtre Jean-Baptiste will be resounding to the sounds of artists invited by the Chant'Sons association. Once again, a double concert will be on offer, with the certainty of welcoming artistic discoveries of the highest quality: Cassien and Cyril Mokaiesh.

Cassien writes songs the way you dream aloud: somewhere between electro, poetry and movement. He composes refined soundscapes in which we lose ourselves in a dance of words and sounds, a mix of modern pulsations and raw sincerity. With his gentle voice and luminous presence, he creates spaces of freedom, where we think, move and breathe differently. A breath of fresh air on the current scene.

Cyril Mokaiesh is back with a major offering, "Bonne chance pour la suite", a new album at the heart of a new show in which he sings and sings about the social issues that are dear to his heart. He takes a critical, lucid and poetic look at the times we live in, but also tackles more personal themes, moving from "I" to "we" with his characteristic sensitivity.
