Fresh, local and 100% home-made, Laurent and Audrey change the menu according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration, which oscillates between "Traditions" and "Discoveries":

"Traditions" to showcase France's terroirs and "Discoveries" by daring to shake up your taste buds and marry unexpected flavours (spices...). Mussels or oysters, fish from the auction, meat from France, cheese from Nalliers, local wines, everything is delicate and delicious. Home-made bread and ice cream. Enjoy the glass roof overlooking the garden.
