A breath of fresh air in a sea of warm waters. The trio, formed in Nantes
The trio, formed in Nantes in 2019, reinvents a soulful, swaying and rich sound. The influences are, of course, American – think 1970s Californian music. A groovy soul sound, blended with folk, reggae and surf music.
Catchy, light melodies, at times bittersweet. A cross between Steely Dan and Tahiti 80, with the vintage groove of Vulfpeck thrown in.
LAGON has also opened for acts such as “PATRICE”, “GENERAL ELECTRIC”, “THE BUTTSHAKERS” and “JAIN”…
