You push open the little gate... and right away, it smells delicious. Mint rubbed with your fingertips, verbena that catches the sun, medicinal plants that tell stories. A visit to the Aménité gardens is a guided stroll through aromatic plants, simple plants and vegetable gardens, with plenty of time to observe, touch, smell and recognise. We'll talk about the properties and uses of plants, both past and present, as well as little plant anecdotes and easy "tricks" you can use at home.

Along the way, you'll also discover what it's like to work as a farmer-herbalist: growing techniques, harvesting, and all the things you can do with living things (drying, macerations, syrups, etc.), not forgetting the rules that govern these transformations. The highlight is the encounter with the still. We understand how the extract is made, what it changes, and why each plant has its own way of delivering its secrets.

And to round things off in style: a tasting of traditional herbal syrups, followed by a visit to the boutique to extend the experience.
