The gîte sleeps a MAXIMUM of 12 people and consists of 2 ground floor sections:

The main part consists of :

- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher with washing-up liquid available, oven, microwave, senseo coffee machine, xxl fridge...), a dining room and a living room with TV and wifi.
- 2 bathrooms with showers, washbasins, towel rails and hairdryers.
- 2 toilets
- 4 bedrooms: CH1 , CH2, CH3 , CH4 <2 lits de 80x200>

Linen room with washing machine, laundry detergent, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, towels and bath mats provided for the number of people registered in the gîte.
Beds not made on arrival.

The annex: (adjoining building separated from the main part by the terrace) which consists of:
- A fully-equipped bathroom with shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
- Two bedrooms: CH5 <2 beds 80x200 + television, CH6 <2 beds 80x200 + television. <1 lit de 160x200>

PLEASE NOTE :
- Cot and high chair available on request.
- All bedrooms have wardrobe space, shelves and/or chest of drawers.
- Fibre-optic Wifi in the main area.
- Pets are not allowed in the gite.

Outside:
There are two terraces, one of which is wooden and surrounds the entire swimming pool area.
Tables and chairs for 12 people for meals.

Heated swimming pool open from May to September. Chilean chairs for relaxing! Gas griddle.

There's also a private petanque area on the property!
