Description
One afternoon will be devoted to the skin, and another to the musculoskeletal system.
Course of a session:
We start by looking at the main principles of anatomy.
Then we talk about diet and healthy living.
We finish with phytotherapy, with the uses and applications of mainly local plants that relate to the topic of the day.
There will also be time to put into practice the making of a 'potion' that you will leave with.
This cycle takes place over 2 sessions of 3h30 each, on 04 and 18 February 2026.
