As part of Documentary Film Month, the Les Voyageurs Media Centre, in partnership with Entraid’addict and the Sud Vendée Littoral Health Prevention Service, is screening
a documentary on addiction. The annual theme of the national ‘Contrecourant’ event invites us to look at those who do not conform to the norm – whether by choice or by necessity – and to examine individual and collective journeys that reveal alternative ways of interacting with one’s environment. The selected film therefore offers a different perspective on addiction, addresses the various aspects of the issue, and also looks for glimmers of hope.
