Description
The story begins in March 2020, in the corridors of the prestigious Paris Conservatoire. Angie is about to face the selection panel at France’s leading drama school.
Her secret weapon? ‘Le Fin diseur’ by Pierre Repp, a virtuoso of artistic stammering. An unlikely artistic encounter takes shape, spanning the ages. Repp and Degrolard, linked by a unsettling synchronicity: both have reached the second round at the Conservatoire. Separated by time, united by art. Who hasn’t stumbled over their words or found themselves at a loss for speech at a crucial moment? Angie Degrolard, a comedian from the Vendée, turns these muddled slips of the tongue into an art form in their own right. A talent confirmed by 19 awards in 16 comedy competitions,
including the Grand Prix at the National Comedy Festival in Tournon-sur-Rhône and a nomination for the ‘Auguste de l’humour 2025’.
