Queen Blood brings together 7 dancers from the Paradox-Sal women's collective in a creation by Ousmane Sy, a major figure on the hip-hop scene who died in 2020. The show explores and questions the notion of femininity through a powerful blend of African rhythm and clubbing spirit. A veritable urban ballet, Queen Blood highlights the virtuosity and personal journeys of each performer in an explosion of energy, freedom and contemporary grace.
