Description
300 m from the pine forest and La Barrique beach, 500 m from the golf course and 1,200 m from the centre of La Faute sur mer, we rent a pleasant single-storey house in a quiet area.
You will enjoy:
a large, bright living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer)
-a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space
-3 bedrooms (2 with 140cm bedding and one with 2 90cm beds)
-2 shower rooms, one with toilet, plus a separate toilet.

Enclosed garden with trees for 2 cars
2 covered terraces, one to the east and one to the south, garden furniture (armchairs, table, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue).

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
