Description
As a producer of sea-born oysters, and a member of the Ostréiculteur Traditionnel association, we raise and work our oysters from birth to the oysters on your plate.
We also sell mussels all year round, mainly long-line and bouchot mussels from the Baie de L'Aiguillon, as long as the season allows (from April to May and around September).
