Fan of the South Vendée, the Remarkable Gardens or admiring the work of craftsmen? The Encounter of Heritage and Creation bring together all three for a weekend at the Logis de Chaligny.


Stroll through the alleys of the house gardens and meet the artisans of the South Vendée and surroundings.
Creators, restorers and heritage furniture and built heritage, garden artists, will help you discover their achievements but also their know-how through demonstrations of their trades.
Around our sponsor, the writer Yves Viollier, the world of the book will be represented by authors and publishing houses, offering reading on different themes and for all generations.
And for gourmets, a few selected local producers will be there to delight your taste buds. Don’t miss the bread cooked on the wood-fire which with you can enjoy homemade rose jam…

Various animations will also be offered on this topic throughout the event.
the whole family will enjoy, between two meetings with professionals, theatrical and musical entertainment, artistic fencing shows, a ride on the merry-go-round or even a horse and carriage ride.
You can also buy refreshments during the visit.
The Encounter of Heritage and Creation in Chaligny takes place just one weekend per year, so remember to save the date!
