The aim of this annual event is to promote and highlight local players who are working on a daily basis to promote the ecological transition. "A voir et à manger", workshops to discover local agriculture and food.
Description
After a short walk with the Mareuillais Cyclo-randonneurs association, discover how kombucha – a natural drink made from fermented tea – is made. Morgan and Emily will explain the secrets of its production.
