The “K-you” house, due for completion in mid-June 2026, is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area with friendly neighbours. The house has two parking spaces, one of which is sheltered under a carport. The entrance is just past the carport; four steps lead up to the south-facing terrace in front of the front door.
You enter a large main room measuring 38 m², with a small area featuring a coat rack and a bench where you can make yourself comfortable. This living area comprises the kitchen, dining room and lounge, equipped with Wi-Fi and a television offering over 300 channels.
A small corridor leads to the adult and children’s bedrooms. The adult bedroom is fitted with a 160×200 bed and a walk-in wardrobe. An RJ45 socket and a cable (provided) allow you to connect your mobile devices. The children’s (or adults’) bedroom is fitted with two 90 x 200 storage beds. Coat hooks with hangers, a wardrobe ladder and the storage compartments under both beds provide ample space for your bags and suitcases.
The bathroom features a 120 x 90 shower and a washbasin unit with the washing machine underneath. The toilet is concealed behind the shower partition, and a window allows the room to be fully ventilated.
The house is fitted with reversible air conditioning. A full list of facilities is available, though our explanations should suffice. The thermodynamic water heater requires no adjustment and has a capacity of 200 litres.
