Whether they are obliged to leave to find safety or wish to leave to escape social determinism and open up to others, other anchors are available to them.
How do we perceive the paths that lead each and every one of us to build our lives and our personalities?
We have chosen a dozen contemporary novelists to provide some answers to the thorny question of identity.
