Welcome to our home, designed with your well-being in mind. We look forward to welcoming you for your holidays or business trips. It is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the port, shops, market and lake. Enclosed courtyard and on-site parking. After a day at the beach, in the coastal forest, in the Marais Poitevin or in the surrounding area, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet and the functional comfort of the villa and its garden.

The house is on one level and comprises :
