With breathtaking views over the marsh, this former 19ᵉ century farmhouse has been completely renovated to make it a cosy and comfortable place to stay.
Situated in a hamlet of 12 houses, you will enjoy a secure area of around 1 hectare.
The commune of St Michel en l'Herm, where you will find all the shops, is 1 km away and the beautiful sandy beaches are less than 10 km away by car.
Rated 4* by the Association Départementale Qualité du Tourisme en Vendée, our charming, tastefully decorated gîte offers the following facilities:
Ground floor:
- large 50 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge
- a 10 m² utility room with washing machine, sink and gas cooker
- separate toilet with washbasin
Sleeping area:
*a bedroom with a 160cm bed, dressing room, shower room and wc
* an extra bed (140cm) for 2 people, opening onto the hallway

On the first floor
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed
- bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm)
- a shower room with WC

Outside :
- indoor swimming pool 8 x 4 m, 1.35 m deep, heated from May to September.
For safety, the pool is equipped with a half-low dome (1 m above water level).
It is possible to swim with the dome closed, but not to play ball.

Weekly rental, bed linen and towels provided

Pool maintenance and park mowing available on Sunday or Monday

A deposit of €1,000 for weekly rentals and €800 for weekends and short breaks will be required, to be paid on arrival. It will be returned to you after your stay if no fault is found.
