This house is situated on the edge of a river and at 5 kilometers from the Rochereau lake, which you can go to by bicycle thanks to arrows path of Vendée. Inside, at the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and an independant toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140cm bed, an alcove with a 140cm bed, an alcove with two 90cm beds, a shower room and a independant toilet.
