Gîte with light blue shutters, classified ***, situated on the banks of the river "La Vendée", ideally able to accommodate 2/4 people (but possibly 5). A fisherman's paradise where you can watch over your cork from the shady terrace (arbour, Virginia creeper). RENTAL ALL PERIODS and even for SHORT STAYS from OCTOBER to MARCH, mini 3 nights, all included with linen and cooking facilities - A GIFT TO OFFER -.
Fishing on site: From the gîte, access the fishing pontoon, with stairs for boat access, located opposite the rental with 12 m of bank secured by flat access.
Our accommodation...the one with the "light blue shutters", partially separated by a screen from the neighbouring accommodation, to preserve your privacy. Each accommodation has its own boat, bicycles, barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs....
Private boules pitch, outside the river for children's safety, in an enclosed, shady park (inflatable paddling pool available but must be provided).
Special rate for single couples for weekly rentals from APRIL to SEPTEMBER (Sun/Sun). Private car park on site

Available: rowing boat (but not winter water), life jackets - electric motor loan only for experts), 4 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes (7/9 years), wifi, phone (free landline and mobile), fireplace, running costs (water, electricity, gas). Extra charge for electric heating and wood fireplace per night - no tourist tax (local exemption).

SHORT-TERM POSSIBILITY: from OCTOBER to MARCH all-inclusive, with linen (minimum 3 nights, kitchen facilities available).
Linen offered for a period of 2 weeks.
ACCEPTS: Holiday vouchers, bank transfers, cash, bank cheques. One SMALL PETS only (free stay for them)
