Description
Renovated house set in 3000m² grounds with swimming pool, located 34km from the Vendée coast. On the ground floor, the gîte comprises a lounge/living room/kitchen, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with a private open-plan shower room, a separate WC and a laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer). Upstairs: a large mezzanine with a 140cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 90cm beds) and 1 90cm bed, a bedroom with 2 twin 90cm beds and a shower room with WC.
Wifi internet access.
Outside: a heated swimming pool (from 1 May to 30 September) shared with the owners (5 x 11), deckchairs, garden furniture, parasols, barbecue, boules pitch. The gîte is open from mid-June to mid-September. Electric heating in bathrooms.
