In the heart of the market town of Mareuil-sur-Lay, Julien, Laetitia and their team offer speciality breads that are as tasty as they are crisp, creative and tasty pastries, homemade chocolates and cakes to share. The products are made with French and local flours.
Exclusively, you'll find an ultra-local bread creation: Trouspinon. A gourmet bread made with Trouspinette, onions and bacon. The perfect bread to accompany grilled mogettes.
On the sweet side, as well as pastries, they offer homemade chocolates and pralines in several forms: bars, sachets, and even in the form of chocolate oyster shells.
As part of their eco-responsible approach, day-old bread and pastries are available at reduced prices, so don't hesitate to bring your own bread bag or clean containers for viennoiseries and pastries.
The baker is recognised as a master pastry chef with 9 medals and awards. Among them, the flan maraîchin won bronze in 2018, gold in 2020 and silver in 2021. Gâche was honoured with gold in 2021, bronze in 2022, and reached 4ᵉ place in 2023. Finally, minute cake was honoured with bronze in 2022.
