Gîte located in the countryside, 4 km from the market towns of Château-Guibert and Mareuil-sur-Lay-Dissais. The accommodation is between the beaches of La Faute sur Mer (31 km), Jard sur Mer (38 km), La Tranche sur Mer (38km), Les Sables d'Olonne (47 km) and Le Puy du Fou (57 km). The O'Gliss Park water park is also nearby (26 km).
The house, adjoining the owners', comprises a storeroom (washing machine, electric griddle), a living room/kitchen (access from the storeroom via 3 steps), three bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed) (1 x 140cm bed) (1 x 90cm bed), a shower room and a separate WC. Wifi internet access. Outside, a terrace with tables, chairs and deckchairs, an enclosed courtyard (owners' right of way) and a carport. Heating included.
