- Dogs are welcome in a fully fenced property. Dog-sitting on request.

- The stairs are equipped with child safety gates.

Situated just 4 km from Mareuil-sur-Lay, the gîte provides easy access to all shops and services, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. It is also an ideal base for exploring the beaches of the Vendée, the Marais Poitevin and the tourist attractions of the southern Vendée. From the gîte, there are a number of footpaths that invite you to take a stroll at your own pace.
