Florence and Olivier, members of the Paysan de Nature network, practise organic market gardening and arboriculture at Ste-Gemme-la-Plaine. This visit will provide an opportunity to talk to them about their practices, which help to preserve biodiversity, and they will explain how, in return, biodiversity helps them in the implementation of their production.
