The LA PETITE FOLIE gite is 130 m² in size and can accommodate 2 to 10 people. It has 3 or 4 bedrooms.
Each room has its own entrance, allowing several generations or friends to be accommodated separately.
There is a large, covered, south-west-facing terrace (45 m²) with garden furniture and barbecue for cosy evenings in the sunset. The 4th bedroom in the annex is an old renovated henhouse, furnished in studio style, with all modern comforts, for 2 people + 1 child.
Baby equipment is available on request (high chair, cot, bath).

On-site facilities:
Access to the owners' secure 11m x 5.50m covered swimming pool, with underwater lighting for night-time swimming (May to October).
For your well-being: possibility of using an outdoor spa-jacuzzi for a small charge (reservation on site).
Available: free parking and Wi-Fi, outdoor games for children: trampoline, swing, table tennis, boules, molky, etc.
Direct access to footpaths from the property, leading to the pretty market town of Mareuil with its shops and restaurants, the Musée d'Antan and Lac du Marillet.

Groups can be accommodated by reserving the entire property (18 beds), depending on the number of rooms booked. Minimum 2-night stay at off-season rates.
