17thᵉ century farmhouse converted in 1994 into 2 adjoining gîtes close to the owner's home on a cereal farm.

Separate entrance and vast communal landscaped grounds with private area of 700 m² (garden furniture, barbecue).

The gîte comprises :
- on the ground floor, a kitchen/living area (television, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher), a shower room and a WC.
- first floor: two bedrooms (1x160) (1x140 - 2x90) (2x90), bathroom and WC.
- a studio comprising a kitchen, a bedroom (1x140), a shower room and a toilet.

Sheets are provided and beds made up on arrival.

On site, in common with the other gîtes, you have access to :
- a heated indoor swimming pool (mid-April to mid-October), shared with the other gîtes
- a tennis court
- a boules pitch
- a volleyball or badminton net
- 2 basketball courts
- a recreation room with billiards, table tennis, table football, children's games and free Wi-Fi access.
