The 45 m² "Les Iris" gîte, set in 5,000 m² of woodland, is open all year round and comprises a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, smoke detector, TV, wardrobe, shower room and WC, a fully-equipped kitchen: crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, first aid and sewing kit, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, sink, dishwasher, microwave, extendable table for 2 to 6 people, a comfortable 140x200 Clic-Clac, storage area: small dressing area, dustbin, ironing board and iron, shower room and WC.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, baby bath, mini-pool, pushchair.

The Gîte "Les Iris" is adjacent to the main house and connected by a porch, with 2 separate entrances, private relaxation area, sun loungers, parasols. Heated swimming pool with hot shower. Finnish bath with cold shower (local regulations apply). Shared barbecue, plancha, private parking, courtyard, garden with arbour.

Walks, cycle rides and horse-drawn carriage rides departing from the gîte, in the heart of nature, to observe the wild flora and fauna of our Marais.
We can provide information on all the sites in our beautiful region, the Vendée. Book in French and English available in the gîte. All local shops 4 km away. I am at your entire disposal for the reception, even late, coded key box.
We accept ANCV holiday vouchers.
